Dining
John Ash, founded in 1980, is recognized as one of Sonoma County's original farm-to-table restaurants. The culinary team, led by Chef Sergio Howland Schmidt, selects fresh produce from the resort's own culinary gardens, fig and olive orchards. Hotel guests can enjoy complimentary wine tastings from local winery partners on Thursdays through Saturdays.
Spa & Wellness
Vi La Vita Spa offers five treatment rooms, including a couples' massage suite, and features an indoor caldarium with a warm plunge bath. The spa provides massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and seasonal treatments such as a cranberry scrub. Guests can join a complimentary yoga class on Sunday mornings and monthly sound healing sessions under a wine country full moon.
Grounds & Activities
The 92-acre working vineyard includes a 1.1-mile walking trail through the vineyard, open to guests.
